I don't know if it's possible to shake off somatic symptoms from past traumas forever and ever, I'm still working on it and trying to figure that out myself, but I'm gently surprised by how positive and enriching new experiences can have healthy, healing and enjoyable somatic effects too! I wish you healing, renewal, health and safety (oh Gosh, I'll be praying so hard because you know such an adventure is beyond imaginable for me), and also visions and perspective that lead you naturally and painlessly into that new chapter that is keenly waiting for you.
